Standard Execution: Ø>= 1.00 - 16.00 mm: cold drawn and ground
Execution: In bars 3m (2m), for Ø < 2.00mm also in coils. Other dimensions on request.
Tolerance: ISO h7- special tolerances on request
Mechanical Properties: Rm: min. 860 MPa, Rp 0,2: min 780 MPa, Elongation: min. 10%
Cutting Parameter (approx): Cutting Rate: 70 m/min, Feed mm/R: 0.08 - 0.15, Cutting Angle: -10°- +12°, Cutting surfaces have to be well polished
Availability: Standard dimensions from Ø1.00 to 30.00, many intermediate dimensions, over 80 sizes stocked. Grade 5 6AL4V-ELI Titanium Rod, Wire, Bar plus Hexagonal and square sections other sizes available on request. For all stock and size availability contact Sales.
