WS 1.0718 Carbon Manganese Steel
Stock Range 1 to 32mm in steps of 0.1mm
Also Imperial Sizes eg: 1/4" and 1/8" + others
Special ground sizes available in 5 days.
Available in 3 or 2mtr lengths for Automatic Lathes or in coil for Escomatic machines.
Tolerance
<10.00mm: Standard ISO h8
>10.00mm: Standard ISO h9
Tensile Strength (Rm): Standard 570-820 N/mm² depending on diameter.
Heat Treatment
This quality is not made for hardening purposes, unless the carbon content is at the upper limit it is possible to do an edge hardening or nitridization process.
