Aircraft Mateirals is able to offer the manufacture of Alloy 800 and Alloy 690 tubes to the highest international technical standards and requirements.In addition, we also have the ability to bend nickel alloy tubes up to 35mtrs long for nuclear steam generators.These tubes have tight dimensional uniformity, internal and external roughness control and extremely low noise level (high signal/noise ratio). They are cold rolled and annealed in a bright annealing controlled environment.Alloy 800 pipes can be delivered stress relieved and air cooled or quickly cooled in a controlled environment. Alloy 690 tubes are delivered under bright annealed condition and final vacuum heat treatment for stress relief and carbide precipitation.
