Alloy 400 (UNS N04400) is a nickel-copper alloy with high strength (comparable to structural steel) and toughness. Alloy 400 also has excellent corrosion resistance in a range of media including seawater, hydrofluoric acid, sulphuric acid and alkalis. Used for marine engineering, chemical, hydrocarbon processing equipment, and heat exchangers.

Alloy 400 is available in Instrument tube, Precision tube and Hydraulic tube. Alloy 400 can also be supplied in Coiled Tube with a seamless and welded execution. For all stock availability contact Sales.

Wall - 0.05mm (0.002") up to 1.00mm (0.040")

Coils Lengths - 5 Metres to 15 Metres
Standard Tolerance- OD &ID +/-0.03mm (0.0012")
Wall +/- 10%
Tight Tolerance - OD&ID +/- 0.015mm (0.0006")

Some thin wall tubes up to 25.40 mm (1.000") can be supplied.
