Alloy 2319 is a Aluminium Filler alloy which was developed for use with Alloy 2219, which is an alloy that is commonly used in high strength structural and aircraft applications. Alloy 2319 is heat treatable and provides higher strength and better ductility than the 4xxx filler alloys when welding 2xxx alloys.
